Placements24 is supporting a prestigious facilities management client to recruit a Senior Cleaning Services Auditor for sites across Kimberley. The role involves rigorous audits of cleaning standards, reporting findings, and driving continuous improvement in service quality within commercial and industrial facilities.

You will plan audits, assess hygiene practices, evaluate products and equipment, and provide training and actionable feedback while ensuring compliance with health and safety

Qualifications

About the Role

Our client, a prestigious facilities management company operating across various sectors in Kimberley, Northern Cape , is seeking a highly experienced Senior Cleaning Services Auditor. This critical role involves conducting rigorous audits of cleaning standards and protocols implemented at client sites, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, industry best practices, and our client's stringent quality benchmarks. The ideal candidate will possess an exceptional eye for detail, a deep understanding of cleaning science, and the ability to provide constructive feedback and drive continuous improvement. You will be responsible for assessing performance, identifying discrepancies, and developing action plans to maintain and elevate the service quality provided by cleaning teams across diverse commercial and industrial settings in and around Kimberley .

• Must be based in or able to travel regularlly within the Kimberley, Northern Cape region.
