Job summary

Placements24 is supporting a prestigious facilities management client to recruit a Senior Cleaning Services Auditor for sites across Kimberley. The role involves rigorous audits of cleaning standards, reporting findings, and driving continuous improvement in service quality within commercial and industrial facilities.

You will plan audits, assess hygiene practices, evaluate products and equipment, and provide training and actionable feedback while ensuring compliance with health and safety

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in cleaning services management, quality control, or auditing.
• In-depth knowledge of cleaning science, hygiene standards, and infection control principles.
• Proven experience in audits and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute audits of cleaning services at client locations.
• Assess adherence to cleaning schedules, procedures and hygiene standards.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques used.
• Identify non-compliance issues, deficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed audit reports, documenting findings, risks, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cleaning supervisors and managers to develop and implement corrective action plans.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Provide training and guidance to cleaning staff and supervisors on audit requirements and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of audit activities and follow-up actions.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of auditing tools and methodologies.
