Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of complex liability claims from initial notification to final settlement.
• Investigate claims thoroughly, gathering all necessary documentation, evidence, and expert opinions.

• Negotiate settlements with claimants, legal representatives, and other involved parties.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claim activities and communications on the claims management system.

• Provide clear and timely communication to all stakeholders, including claimants, policyholders, and internal teams.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in handling liability insurance claims, with a proven track record of managing complex cases.
• Relevant tertiary qualification or professional insurance qualifications (e.g., CIP, Law degree) are advantageous.
• Strong understanding of various liability classes, including public liability, product liability, and professional indemnity.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
