Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in Water or Environmental Engineering.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in water and sanitation infrastructure design and management.
• Experience with water treatment plants, distribution systems, and wastewater facilities.
• Pr.Eng. registration with ECSA is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of water supply and sanitation infrastructure projects.
• Perform hydraulic modeling and design for distribution networks and treatment processes.
• Oversee wastewater collection systems, pumping stations, and treatment facilities.
• Manage project teams and ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Develop scopes, budgets, and schedules; monitor performance against them.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards.
• Liaise with clients and authorities to meet project objectives.
• Prepare technical reports, drawings, and tender documentation.
• Provide technical guidance on water/wastewater challenges; conduct site visits.
