Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable university.
• Pr.Eng registration with ECSA.
• 12+ years of professional experience in civil engineering, with a strong focus on infrastructure development and project leadership.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale projects from initiation through to completion.
• Expertise in civil engineering software for design, analysis, and project management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and construction of major civil infrastructure, including transportation, water, and waste management facilities.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, scope definitions, and detailed engineering designs, adhering to regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and support staff, ensuring effective collaboration and performance management.
• Oversee the tendering process, contractor selection, and contract administration for infrastructure projects.
• Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to guarantee compliance and safety.
