Placements24 is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join a well-established firm in Klerksdorp, North West. The role focuses on planning, design, and implementation of major infrastructure projects including roads, stormwater systems and bulk earthworks.

You will lead project teams, provide technical oversight, and ensure delivery to high standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have a BEng or BSc in Civil Engineering, Pr Eng registration with ECSA, and at least 7 years

Qualifications

• BEng or BSc in Civil Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) registration with ECSA is essential.
• Minimum 7 years post-graduate experience in civil design and project management.
• Experience managing infrastructure projects, especially in the North West province, is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of civil infrastructure projects (roads, earthworks, stormwater).
• Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations and impact assessments.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, calculations and tender docs.
