Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Civil Infrastructure Engineer for our Klerksdorp office to lead design, planning and project management of municipal infrastructure including roads, earthworks and stormwater.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D. EIT registration is preferred, and the candidate will work with senior engineers to deliver high-quality, compliant infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in civil infrastructure design and project management.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) registration with ECSA is preferred.
• Proficiency in civil design software such as AutoCAD/Civil 3D or similar.
• Strong knowledge of road design, stormwater and municipal services.
• Familiarity with South African construction standards and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; effective communication.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
