Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise networking and security.
• Expert Cisco networking knowledge: routing, switching, firewalls, VPN/IPsec.
• Cisco Secure Access and Zero Trust experience.
• Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, MFA, cert-based authentication.
• ManageEngine Endpoint Central and Microsoft Intune.
• PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Led complex technical implementations end-to-end.
• Coordinated technical teams and vendors.
• Strong documentation, problem-solving and stakeholder management.
• CCIE or equivalent senior-level Cisco expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation and assurance across enterprise networking and security.
• Translate architecture into practical implementation, testing and deployment plans.
• Troubleshoot complex network, firewall, VPN and connectivity issues.
• Oversee Cisco Secure Access and Zero Trust implementations and policies.
• Oversee Endpoint Central and Intune deployments and configurations.
• Coordinate internal technical teams and MSPs for delivery.
• Drive root-cause analysis and production readiness.
• Ensure documentation and service handover are completed.
