Placements24 is seeking an experienced Childcare Supervisor for our Paarl facility. You will oversee daily operations, guide a team of educators, and ensure high standards of safety, learning, and family communication. The role requires strong leadership and a deep understanding of early childhood development.

The successful candidate will implement engaging curricula, mentor staff, and collaborate with parents to support children's development in a warm, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Required qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare Management.
• Significant supervisory/management experience in childcare.
• Strong knowledge of childcare regulations and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily operations of the childcare center, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of childcare educators and support staff.
• Develop and oversee developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety and hygiene throughout the facility.
• Foster positive relationships with parents and guardians and facilitate communication.
