Placements24 client is seeking a dedicated Childminder Supervisor to oversee operations at a Rustenburg childcare center. You will supervise staff, ensure high standards of care, and create a safe, stimulating environment for young children.

You will lead developmentally appropriate activities, communicate with parents, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in a North West community childcare setting.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Early Childhood Development or related field.
• Experience in a supervisory role within a childcare setting.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of childminders, providing support and performance feedback.
