• Master's or Doctoral degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a consultant or in a senior role.
• Proven track record in conducting child assessments and developing intervention strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of child development theories, learning processes, and special educational needs.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's developmental, cognitive, and emotional needs.
• Develop and implement customized intervention strategies and support plans for individuals and groups.
• Provide expert consultation and recommendations to parents, educators, and stakeholders.
• Design and deliver professional development workshops and training sessions on child development topics.
