Job summary

ATS Client is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Manager to lead the people-change workstream for a large Cybersecurity OT transformation in South Africa. You will drive adoption of new cybersecurity processes, tools and behaviours across operations, engineering and support functions, aligning with enterprise transformation standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field.
Prosci Change Management Certification highly recommended.
CMI or ACMP credentials are beneficial.
Foundational cybersecurity awareness can be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Develop change management strategy for the Cybersecurity OT program.
Conduct change impact assessments across operations, engineering and support.
Lead stakeholder engagement with site leadership and frontline teams.
Design communication plans to drive behavioural change and alignment.
Develop training and capability-building strategies with cybersecurity/OT experts.
Support adoption of new OT cybersecurity policies and procedures.
Monitor change readiness and track adoption through metrics.
Identify and mitigate change risks to minimise operational disruption.
Facilitate workshops and coaching for project leads and managers on change leadership.
Ensure change activities align with enterprise transformation and compliance.
