Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years post-community service clinical experience.
• 2 years Disability Management, Rehabilitation, or Insurance experience.
• Advanced experience in PowerBi.

Responsibilities

• Manage disability and incapacity cases through biopsychosocial, functional, vocational and occupational assessments to identify barriers to recovery and return-to-work outcomes.
• Develop, implement and maintain individualised case management and rehabilitation plans with measurable recovery goals.
• Identify and prioritise claims for early intervention and facilitate timely activation.
• Asses work readiness and facilitate return-to-work programmes through reintegration plans and workplace accommodations.
• Coordinate with claimants, employers, HR, practitioners and providers to achieve optimal recovery and return-to-work outcomes.
• Maintain accurate case records, ensure compliance and support audits.
