Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Senior C# & Angular Web Developer in Cape Town or Pretoria for a permanent hybrid role within the financial services tax space. You will work on enterprise web applications that handle registration, access, roles, transactions and payments, with production-quality code.

You will own code, maintain what’s live and build what’s next, collaborating with analysts and cross-functional teams to turn user stories into usable interfaces. Senior candidates may mentor juniors.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise web applications.
• Experience integrating REST & SOAP APIs and web services.
• Understanding of security best practices (OWASP) and web vulnerabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build, enhance and maintain enterprise web applications.
• Develop new features and components based on business requirements.
• Refactor and optimise code for performance and scalability.
• Develop and integrate REST & SOAP APIs.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Test applications through unit and integration testing.
• Contribute to development standards and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers where required.
