• Proficiency in procurement software and advanced analytical tools.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, suited for remote team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for critical raw materials, components, and services, aiming for significant cost savings and improved quality.
• Manage and develop relationships with key suppliers, ensuring performance metrics are met and identifying opportunities for collaboration.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, pricing, and potential supply chain risks.
• Oversee the contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, and renewal of agreements with suppliers.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior procurement staff within the remote team structure.
