Job summary
Capitec Bank Ltd. in South Africa is seeking a Senior Business Process Engineer to design, optimise and help implement end-to-end client lifecycle processes within Client Integrity, focusing on scalable, compliant and client-centred solutions across onboarding, servicing, due diligence, and offboarding.

Qualifications
- 8+ years in Business Engineering or related fields with risk and compliance
- Engineering qualification, preferably Industrial Engineering or related field
- Experience solving complex business challenges in large organisations
Responsibilities
- Design and optimise end-to-end client lifecycle processes across onboarding, servicing, due diligence, risk categorisation, remediation, restriction management and offboarding.
- Develop target-state operating models and business capabilities to support scalable Client Integrity solutions.
- Apply regulatory, legal and risk considerations to ensure compliant, auditable solutions.
- Collaborate across Product, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Data teams to deliver cross-functional solutions.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and influence senior leadership.
