Adcock Ingram Holdings Limited seeks a Senior Oracle Business Analyst to collaborate with Supply Chain and Manufacturing, understanding operations, identifying improvements, and implementing Oracle EBS solutions that are compliant and scalable.

The role requires broad Oracle EBS experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to train users and document processes for sustainable adoption.

Job Purpose

Adcock Ingram is seeking a Senior Oracle Business Analyst to work closely with Supply Chain and Manufacturing to understand the operation, identify opportunities to improve and automate business processes, and design, implement and support Oracle EBS solutions that are practical, compliant and sustainable. The successful candidate will ensure solutions are well specified, well documented and supported by effective training that enables user adoption.

Key Job Objectives

• Analyse business information requirements to determine systems requirements.
• Assess how effectively current systems are used, identify shortcomings and enhance them accordingly.
• Create business and functional specifications.
• Manage projects through to delivery.
• Develop and maintain system and business process documentation.
• Design and implement custom applications, integrations and automations.
• Provide for an excellent user experience through training and effective solutions.
• Comply with internal, external audit and regulatory requirements.
• Support GxP-compliant system processes, including validation documentation, audit trails and change control.

• Solid background in Supply Chain Management & Manufacturing.
• Proven Oracle EBS R12 functional implementation and support experience.
• Knowledge of quality management processes.
• Experience in majority of the following modules / business processes:
• Inventory Management
• Warehouse Management Systems
• Mobile Warehouse Controls (Scanners, Labels, Integration)
• Order Management
• Distribution Requirements Planning
• Process & Discrete Manufacturing

• Forecasting and Supply Chain Planning
• Structured Query Language (SQL) for general queries.
• Integration experience across ERP and third-party systems (interfaces, APIs/web services, EDI, file-based).
• MS Tools such as Excel, Power BI and SharePoint.
• Eagerness to learn, explore and apply emerging technologies, including AI, to improve business processes.
