Job summary

Africonology is seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Feature Analyst to support Product Custody initiatives, regulatory demand, and automation programmes across Local Custody, Global Custody and Financial Markets services. You will translate business demand into deliverable requirements and support end-to-end feature delivery across the Custody product landscape.

Responsibilities include analyzing new product initiatives, defining business value, facilitating workshops, and supporting roadmap

Qualifications

• 8-10 years Business Analysis experience.
• Strong Custody and Securities Services experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze new product initiatives and business demand in Custody domains.
• Document requirements for Local/Global Custody, Corporate Actions, Settlements, Asset Servicing, Securities Lending, Cash Management and Client Reporting.
• Support regulatory changes and market infrastructure updates (ISO 20022, market changes).
• Perform detailed data analysis and mapping; define business rules and validation requirements.
• Manage feature decomposition, user stories and acceptance criteria; support PI Planning and backlog refinement.
• Drive requirements through delivery to implementation and support SIT/UAT.
