Job summary

RPO Recruitment is seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors for opportunities in Gauteng and Cape Town. The role requires 3–10 years in building construction, with strong cost management, procurement and contract administration skills.

You will prepare cost estimates, monitor expenditure, manage subcontractor quotations and assist in final accounts, valuations and cash flow forecasting. Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage deadlines and work with project teams.

A very established Contractor, is seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors with 3–10 years’ experience in the building construction industry for opportunities in Gauteng and Cape Town.

They are looking for commercially minded professionals with strong technical knowledge of construction cost management, contractual administration and project financial control.

Minimum Requirements
