The role requires 8+ years of post-graduate experience, professional SA registration, and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software.

Qualificações

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
• Professional registration as an Architect in South Africa.
• Minimum of 8 years post-graduate architectural experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and rendering software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
• Proven project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated experience working effectively in a fully remote professional setting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and development of building projects from concept to construction documents.
• Develop architectural drawings, models, and specifications using industry-standard software.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site analyses.
• Oversee the construction administration process, responding to RFIs and reviewing submittals.
• Mentor junior architects and provide technical guidance.
• Champion sustainable design practices and incorporate them into projects.
