Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for various architectural projects, from conceptual sketches to detailed construction documents.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget constraints.

• Prepare and present design proposals, drawings, and specifications to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Professional Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or Master of Architecture (M.Arch) degree.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and sustainable design principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment is highly advantageous.
