Qualifications

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering or related discipline required.
• Minimum 8 years progressive structural engineering experience with emphasis on bridge design.
• Professional registration as a Pr. Eng with ECSA is essential.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software (MIDAS Civil, SAP2000) and FEA is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze bridges (highway, pedestrian, railway) ensuring safety and durability.
• Perform structural assessments and integrity evaluations of existing bridges.
• Develop detailed structural designs, calculations, and construction drawings for bridge projects.
• Ensure designs comply with national and international design codes and standards.
• Provide technical oversight and mentorship to junior engineers throughout project lifecycles.
