Job summary

One Connect Solutions is seeking an experienced bookkeeper to join our finance team in South Africa. The role covers end-to-end bookkeeping up to Trial Balance, AP processing, reconciliations, and month-end activities in a manufacturing-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree in bookkeeping/Accounting, at least 10 years of experience, and strong Excel skills, with expertise in Sage Evolution. Familiarity with stock costing and payroll journals is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' bookkeeping/accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, reconciliations, general ledger, VAT and month-end.
• Proficiency in Sage Evolution.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Manufacturing, production or stock-driven environment experience preferred.
• Inventory, stock control and costing experience advantageous.
• Xperdyte Manufacturing experience advantageous.
