Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Design and architect robust, scalable, and secure blockchain solutions, including private, public, and consortium blockchains. Develop detailed technical specifications for blockchain implementations, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps). Lead the evaluation and selection of appropriate blockchain technologies, frameworks, and consensus mechanisms. Collaborate with engineering teams to oversee the development, testing, and deployment of blockchain-based projects. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and developers within the blockchain domain. Ensure adherence to security best practices and regulatory compliance in all blockchain solutions. Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the blockchain and cryptocurrency landscape. Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years focused on blockchain technology. Proven experience designing and deploying production-ready blockchain solutions using platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Solana, or similar. Strong understanding of cryptography, distributed ledger technology (DLT), consensus algorithms, and smart contract security. Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used in blockchain development (e.g., Solidity, Go, Rust, JavaScript). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their integration with blockchain services. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fully remote setting.
