Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Blockchain Developer, with a lead/senior role.
• Deep expertise in blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Hyperledger) and smart contract development (Solidity).
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, cryptography, and consensus algorithms.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex blockchain projects.
• Experience with tools/methodologies in the crypto space.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, demonstrated in a hybrid work setting in Sandton.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of blockchain developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Architect, design, and develop scalable, secure, and efficient blockchain solutions and smart contracts.
• Establish best practices for blockchain development, code quality, and deployment processes.
