Qualifications

• PhD or MSc in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on bioanalytical method development and validation experience.
• Proficiency with LC-MS/MS instrumentation and data acquisition/analysis software.
• Strong understanding of GLP regulations and their application to bioanalytical testing.
• Experience with multiple biological matrices and sample prep techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and meticulous data reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and validate bioanalytical methods for small molecules and biologics in biological matrices.
• Perform routine sample analysis using validated methods on LC-MS/MS, HPLC, and ELISA.
• Interpret data, troubleshoot method/instrument issues, ensure data integrity.
• Author validation reports, study protocols, and data summaries per GLP/regulatory guidelines.
• Contribute to new analytical technologies and instrumentation.
• Mentor junior scientists and provide technical guidance on bioanalytical studies.
