This role is crucial for developing and validating robust bioanalytical methods to support preclinical and clinical drug development programs. You will leverage your expertise in analytical techniques to quantify drug substances and metabolites in biological matrices, ensuring the generation of high-quality data for pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic studies. The ideal candidate possesses a strong scientific background, extensive experience with various analytical platforms, and a commitment to scientific rigor and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and validate bioanalytical methods for the quantification of small molecules and biologics in biological matrices (e.g., plasma, serum, urine).
• Perform routine sample analysis using validated methods on instruments such as LC-MS/MS, HPLC, and ELISA.
• Interpret complex analytical data, troubleshoot method and instrument issues, and ensure data integrity.
• Author method validation reports, study protocols, and analytical data summaries in accordance with GLP and regulatory guidelines.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new analytical technologies and instrumentation.

Requirements
