Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 7+ years of BIM coordination and management experience.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and related tools.
• Strong understanding of BIM lifecycle from design to operation.
• Experience developing BEPs and BIM standards.
• Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor BIM staff.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in BIM coordination and management.
• Expert proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of the BIM lifecycle, from design through construction and operations.
• Experience in developing and implementing BEPs and BIM standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, particularly in a remote context.
• Proven ability to manage complex BIM coordination processes for large-scale projects.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring junior BIM staff.
