Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior BIM Coordinator to lead BIM standards and manage multi-project model development within a fully remote architectural team.

You will coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP BIM data, lead clash detection, and provide training across geographically distributed teams. A strong BIM background and 6+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in BIM coordination and management with a strong architectural background.
• Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Experience with other BIM software and platforms (e.g., Solibri, BIM 360/ACC).
• Deep understanding of BIM standards, protocols, and workflows (e.g., ISO 19650).
• Proven ability to coordinate complex multi-disciplinary BIM models.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for remote collaboration.
• Experience in providing BIM training and support.
