Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in BIM coordination and management.
• Expert proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.
• Familiarity with BIM standards and ISO 19650 is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership for mentoring a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage BIM coordination activities for various construction projects.
• Develop, implement, and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and workflows.
• Coordinate and clash-detect models from different disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP).
• Generate and manage project BIM execution plans.
• Provide technical support and guidance on BIM software and processes.
• Ensure the quality and integrity of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate BIM review meetings with project stakeholders.
• Train and mentor junior BIM technicians and coordinators.
• Stay updated on latest BIM technologies and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure BIM deliverables meet project requirements.
