The role demands deep BIM knowledge, proficiency in Revit and Navisworks, and the ability to implement ISO 19650 standards, federated models, and information management while maintaining data quality and project timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in BIM coordination or management.
• Expertise in Revit and Navisworks, with a strong understanding of other BIM software.
• Deep knowledge of BIM workflows, standards (e.g., ISO 19650), and implementation strategies.
• Experience with federated models and information management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM standards, protocols, and execution plans.
• Coordinate and manage the BIM models for various project disciplines.
