About the Role

Our client, a globally recognized architectural and engineering firm, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Architectural BIM Specialist. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and standards across a variety of international and local projects. You will play a crucial role in enhancing design coordination, improving project efficiency, and ensuring data integrity throughout the project lifecycle. This role demands a deep understanding of BIM software, workflows, and best practices in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM standards, templates, and libraries for architectural projects.
• Create, manage, and coordinate complex 3D BIM models using Revit.
• Facilitate clash detection and resolution between different building systems (architectural, structural, MEP).
• Collaborate remotely with architects, engineers, and project teams globally.
• Provide training and support to project teams on BIM software and protocols.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of BIM models and associated data.

• Assist in the preparation of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).

Requirements
