Job summary

SoluGrowth (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Senior Billing Analyst to oversee Mobility billing processes and direct debit administration. You will support invoice generation, validate pricing and revenue data, and resolve billing discrepancies while partnering with stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business management or equivalent.
• 1–3 years’ experience in billing, revenue accounting, or finance operations.
• Experience with SAP or major ERP systems.
• Multinational experience in Oil & Gas, Energy or Manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor Mobility billing processes.
• Support end-to-end invoice generation and billing validation activities.
• Manage direct debit administration activities.
• Resolve direct debit exceptions and coordinate corrective actions.
• Perform revenue reconcilations.
• Support stakeholder queries and dispute management.
• Contribute to KPI reporting and process improvement initiatives.
• Act as a Super User and SME for Mobility billing processes.
