You will ensure the accurate and timely generation of customer invoices, manage rating engines, and support revenue assurance initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, configure, and maintain telecom billing platforms and rating engines.
• Oversee the end-to-end billing cycle, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex billing-related issues, including rating discrepancies and invoice errors.
• Develop and implement new rating plans, product configurations, and billing rules.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for system optimization.
