Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Senior Business Support Specialist, Business Intelligence for contract logistics. The role scopes and delivers large data analytics projects across warehouse and transport domains, translating processes into user-friendly dashboards and analytics for multiple clients.

You will report to the Business function and collaborate with Global and Regional Data Centres to manage the Data Warehouse and datasets, driving BI maturity in a dynamic logistics

Qualifications

• BSC or BCOM degree.
• Microsoft Power BI certified with 3+ years experience.
• Advanced Power BI skills and experience in logistics.
• Proven BI track record in Logistics industry.
• Experience designing Self Service BI models in Power BI.
• Sound knowledge of Data Analytics and Business Process Mapping.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support data analytics tools and self-service analysis.
• Lead and influence Global and Regional Data Centre custodians.
• Design and implement data refreshes and data ingestion strategies.
• Balance data warehouse between ERP and TMS systems.
• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards for client and KPI insights.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Pricing and Engineering teams on analytics initiatives.
• Create cost-to-serve models for logistics operations.
• Define scope and develop BI products from business requirements.
• Coordinate UAT and document Business Definitions for BI products.
• Work with cross-functional teams to standardize BI practices.
