Job summary

DP World is seeking a Business Analyst Team Lead to guide a team of Analysts in delivering effective business analysis, system implementations, and ongoing support. You will liaise with clients, internal teams and partners to ensure delivery aligns with the development roadmap and drives process optimization.

This role requires a strong background in supply chain systems, project delivery, and leadership with a focus on continuous improvement and collaboration across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in supply chain systems or related environments.
• Experience delivering system integrations and implementations.
• Experience in supply chain and logistics industries.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and delivery focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation of requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, process flows, and designs.
• Define and implement business solutions using third-party systems and integrations.
• Oversee ongoing solution support and drive process improvements.
• Mentor and develop a high-performance BA team.
