Responsibilities

• Lead the pre-opening beverage operation, establishing beverage standards, procedures & service protocols.
• Establish relationships with premium wine producers, suppliers, distributors & brand partners.
• Develop beverage budgets, pricing strategies & menu engineering to maximise profitability.
• Recruit, train & develop the beverage team, establishing a strong culture of product knowledge & elevated service.
• Deliver comprehensive training on wine, spirits, cocktails, service standards & upselling techniques.
• Manage the restaurant’s beverage storage, ensuring stock levels & proper handling.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Management & Executive Chef on cohesive F&B pairings & guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Beverage Manager within high-end or lifestyle restaurants – Someone who understands exceptional service in a luxury environment, positive team leadership & development, and commercially minded driving revenue.

About:

• Lead the pre-opening beverage operation, establishing all beverage standards, procedures & service protocols.
• Establish relationships with premium wine producers, suppliers, distributors & brand partners.
• Develop beverage budgets, pricing strategies & menu engineering to maximise profitability.
