Ideal candidates have 5+ years as a Beauty Therapist, with at least 2 years in laser operations, and hold CIDESCO/SAAHSP/ITEC qualifications. A strong focus on client care and safety is essential.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced beauty treatments including facials, peels, microdermabrasion, and body therapies.
• Operate and maintain various types of laser and IPL equipment for treatments such as hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and pigmentation correction.
• Conduct thorough client skin analysis and consultations, developing personalized treatment plans.
• Educate clients on skincare regimes, product usage, and post-treatment care to optimize results.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in aesthetic technology, treatments, and skincare science.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards within the clinic.
• Maintain detailed client records, documenting treatments, progress, and recommendations.
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently and provide a consistently high level of customer service.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior therapists, sharing expertise in treatments and laser operations.
• Promote clinic services and recommended retail products to clients.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Beauty Therapy (e.g., CIDESCO, SAAHSP, ITEC) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Beauty Therapist, with at least 2 years specifically in laser operations.
• Certification or proven experience in operating medical-grade laser and IPL devices.
• In-depth knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, common skin conditions, and treatment modalities.
