Key Responsibilities

• Performing comprehensive skin consultations and assessments for clients.
• Administering a wide range of advanced aesthetic treatments, including laser therapies, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and facials.
• Operating and maintaining advanced laser and other aesthetic equipment with precision and safety.
• Developing and implementing customized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs and goals.
• Educating clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records and treatment progress notes.
• Adhering to all safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols.
• Mentoring junior aestheticians and providing guidance on best practices.
• Staying updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and research in aesthetic dermatology.
• Contributing to clinic marketing efforts and client retention strategies.

Requirements

• A recognized qualification in Somatology or equivalent beauty therapy certification.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an Aesthetician, with at least 2 years specializing in laser treatments.
• Certified proficiency in operating various types of medical-grade lasers (e.g., IPL, Diode, Nd:YAG).
• In-depth knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and common dermatological conditions.
• Strong understanding of cosmetic ingredients and skincare product formulations.
• Exceptional client consultation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail in performing treatments.
