Job summary

IQ Business Group is seeking an experienced Backend Developer to design, build, and optimize scalable banking and payment platforms. You will work on Node.js and Java services, implement data engineering pipelines, and ensure secure, compliant systems across the stack.

The role requires strong API design and performance tuning, plus collaboration with cross-functional squads to deliver robust solutions in a fintech setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong expertise in Node.js and Java.
• Experience with data engineering, ETL processes, and database optimization.
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

• Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and Java.
