IQbusiness South Africa is seeking an experienced Backend Developer to help build scalable, high-performance banking and payment platforms. The role focuses on backend engineering, data-driven solutions, and modern technology within a collaborative fintech environment.

Requirements include 5+ years of backend experience, deep Node.js and Java skills, data engineering and ETL expertise, and strong SQL/NoSQL knowledge (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Formación

• 5+ years of backend development experience.

• Experience with data engineering, ETL, and DB optimization.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging platforms.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
