Qualifications

• Marketing degree or diploma required.
• 3–5 years in digital marketing and e-commerce tech.
• Experience leading a marketing team in a B2B or similar industry.
• Proficiency with Marketing Automation and CRM software.
• Strong analytics and SEO knowledge.
• CMS such as WordPress experience.
• Graphic design skills with Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop and implement comprehensive marketing tactics aligned with mid-term and long-term company goals.
• Manage, mentor, and oversee the Marketing Team, including performance evaluations and professional development.
• Lead the planning and execution of product launches and marketing campaigns across channels (digital, social, email, traditional).
• Maintain the company's brand image and ensure consistent branding across materials and platforms.
• Manage the digital presence, including the website and social media, to drive traffic and conversions.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers for joint marketing initiatives.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance with data-driven ROI optimization.
• Collate market insights to optimize strategies within the scientific industry.
