Salt in Johannesburg is seeking a senior designer to join its business banking marketing team. You will own briefs from concept to final execution, shaping how clients at business scale see the bank across channels.

You'll design campaigns for digital and print, build flexible brand systems, and collaborate with copywriters, product teams and stakeholders. A strong portfolio in B2B or financial services is essential.

Formación

• Senior design experience with a strong portfolio.
• B2B/financial services experience.
• Understanding business audiences vs consumers.
• Brand, campaign and art direction across digital and print.
• Strong Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; some Figma.
• Commercially minded and self-sufficient.
• Bonus: Motion, multimedia or UX/UI skills.
