Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Aviation Compliance Manager to lead our compliance efforts in a remote capacity, supporting operations across multiple jurisdictions.

You will develop, implement, and maintain robust compliance programs, oversee audits, and advise management on regulatory requirements. The role emphasizes independence, analytical thinking, and strong communication while ensuring安全 and legal operation of aviation services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience with aviation regulatory affairs and compliance programs.
• Knowledge of ICAO, SACAA, EASA, FAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage aviation compliance programs and policies.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with aviation laws and standards.
• Conduct internal audits to identify gaps and risks.
• Develop and deliver training on compliance requirements and best practices.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and provide required documentation.
