Placements24 is seeking a Senior Automotive Software Engineer to join a fully remote development team. You will design, develop, and implement software powering modern vehicles, including ADAS, infotainment, and connectivity platforms.

You will define software architecture, write high-quality code in C/C++, Python, and Java, and ensure reliability, safety, and performance while collaborating with hardware, systems, and product teams in a remote setting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional software development experience, with at least 4 years focused on automotive embedded systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, and experience with scripting languages like Python.
• Strong understanding of embedded systems, real-time operating systems (RTOS), and software architecture patterns.
• Experience with automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and build systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, effective in a remote team environment.
