You will be responsible for enhancing vehicle performance through engine tuning, suspension upgrades, and aerodynamic modifications. This role requires a deep understanding of internal combustion engines, ECU mapping, and vehicle dynamics, coupled with a hands‑on approach. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engine control unit (ECU) tunes for various makes and models to optimize power, torque, and fuel efficiency.
• Conduct dyno testing and data acquisition to measure performance metrics and validate tuning strategies.
• Design and specify modifications for engine components, intake and exhaust systems, and fuel delivery.
• Install and calibrate performance‑enhancing hardware, such as turbochargers, superchargers, and upgraded injectors.
• Provide expert advice on suspension, braking, and aerodynamic upgrades to improve handling and track performance.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their performance goals and tailor solutions accordingly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in automotive performance tuning, ECU remapping, and engine modification.
• In-depth knowledge of internal combustion engines, forced induction systems, and engine management systems.
