Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
Proven experience in automotive performance engineering, engine tuning, or vehicle dynamics.
Strong understanding of engine performance, thermodynamics, and vehicle dynamics principles.
Proficiency with data acquisition systems and performance analysis software.
Experience with MATLAB/Simulink is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement performance enhancement strategies for various automotive components and systems.
Conduct comprehensive performance testing, including dyno testing and track testing, analyzing the collected data meticulously.
Collaborate with the design team to integrate performance improvements into new vehicle architectures.
Troubleshoot and resolve any performance-related issues identified during testing phases.
Document all findings, methodologies, and results in detailed technical reports.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in automotive performance engineering.
