Qualifications

• Extensive experience as an Automotive Electrical Technician with complex diagnostics.
• Proficiency with automotive diagnostic tools and software.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and service manuals accurately.
• ASE certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics on vehicle electrical systems, including lighting, starting, charging, and accessory circuits.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues related to ECMs, TCMs, ABS, and SRS.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and scan tools.
• Interpret wiring diagrams, TSBS, and diagnostic flowcharts.
• Diagnose and repair issues in vehicle networks (CAN/LIN/Ethernet).
• Perform software updates and module programming when necessary.
• Stay current with advancements in automotive electrical technologies.
• Communicate findings and repairs clearly to service advisors and customers.
• Maintain a clean and safe workstation.

• Utilize sophisticated diagnostic equipment, such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and specialized scan tools.
• Interpret complex wiring diagrams, technical service bulletins, and diagnostic flowcharts.
• Diagnose and repair problems related to vehicle communication networks, including CAN bus, LIN bus, and Ethernet.
• Perform software updates and module programming when necessary.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in automotive electrical and electronic technologies.
• Communicate technical findings and recommended repairs clearly to service advisors and customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all safety procedures.
