About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Automotive Body Shop Manager to oversee operations at their prestigious facility in **Mossel Bay, Western Cape**. This leadership role is responsible for managing all aspects of the body repair shop, including staff supervision, workflow optimization, quality control, customer service, and financial performance. You will ensure the highest standards of vehicle repair are met while maintaining efficient productivity and profitability. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the day-to-day operations of the automotive body shop, ensuring smooth workflow and high productivity.

• Implement and enforce quality control standards for all repairs, ensuring customer satisfaction.
