• Admitted Attorney with a minimum of 6 years post‑qualification experience in commercial law.
• Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Strong understanding of South African company law and contract law.
• Experience in commercial dispute resolution is essential.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a client portfolio and work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts, including service agreements, supply contracts, and partnership agreements.
• Advise clients on business formation, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage and resolve commercial disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution.
• Conduct legal research and provide well-reasoned legal opinions.
• Assist clients with intellectual property matters, including registration and protection.
